4 more days and it'll be dead for 6 months, BUT, I decided to revive it just for now (should be dead again in no time, I assure you). Ah yes, after nearly 6 months, finally found something interesting enough to write about.

Guess what? Today I had my NAPFA! You would ask "It's just NAPFA, what's so special about it that you have to revive your blog just to write about it?" There are several reasons why.

1. It's the first NAPFA I had in 3 years, like 3 YEARS man!
2. It's a eventful NAPFA.

I had a trial test on Tuesday to see how much I've "fallen". 2.4km run - 14 plus minutes - FAIL, standing broad/board (cannot remember) jump - 215cm - just passed, sit & reach - 39cm - uh, it's a pass, supposedly, and pull up - 2 (the half is not counted right?) - FAIL. Didn't manage to do the other 2.

Back to today. I got number 48! Doesn't matter what number I get anyway.

First, shuttle run. I can't believe I actually screwed it up! I was expecting a maximum of 10s flat, but I just have to drop the wooden block. I HAD to do that. Great. Timing: 10.9s. Barely passed.

Secondly, sit up. Doing it at a very fast speed right at the beginning sounds like a excellent idea right? WRONG! "At the rate you are doing, you can hit 60." That's what the tester said. Ya right. Finally count: 34. Silver.

Third, stand board/broad jump. For some reason, my thighs hurts like hell right after the sit up. Okay, hack, let's just do this. Remember I got 215cm for my trial? Guess what? I got a freaking 235cm for the actual! *Shock*

Fourth, Sit & reach. Hoho, I tell you, those girls are inhuman. I don't know what are their backbones made of. Rubber? Anyway, I did a 41cm, it's a improvement! Weee~

Fifth, pull up. Oh boy, I tell you, I will be embarrass even to tell you my results. You really want to know? Alright... I got 6. You may think "That's good isn't it?" But you haven't heard the whole story. Out of 6, 4 is non-standard pull up, which includes pulling straight after I leap off the ground, hands not 90° before next pull, chin not over bar, etc. How could the tester not see all those?! But I guess he was trying to be kind to help us through pull up.

Finally! 2.4km run, A.K.A hell run. The sky didn't look too good at that moment, it threaten to pour down it's "blessings". Which also means, we might have to redo the whole NAPFA another day. That would have suck big time. My classmate almost set up betting booth to see if it would rain or not. So I said a little prayer, and thank my father GOD in heaven, HE held back the rain for us. Fast forward to the run, I persevered and completed the run without stopping! But I can't remember if I failed or passed. Passing timing is 13:20 minutes, I did a 13:xx. It was really disappointing though. From a 10:20 to a 13:xx... I guessed I train harder and try again next semester.

Okay, that's about it for now. I don't know when will be the next one, so keep your fingers crossed! =)
